1 For your safety
The product is suitable for process temperatures between 10 °C ... 180 °C.
You can find detailed information on how to use the LFP in the operating instruc‐
tions of the product.

current operating instructions for the product. To do so, enter the product part
number in the search field (part number: see the entry in the "P/N" or "Ident. no."
field on the type label).
2 Mounting
1. Cleaning the probe
2. Insert the pin into the diffusion adapter until it is flush with the base.
3. Position the copper seal on the LFP.
4. Carefully insert the probe so as not to damage the O-ring. For easier mount‐
ing, slightly grease the O-ring.
5. Tighten the diffusion adapter to 50 Nm.

The diffusion adapter may reduce the measurement performance of the LFP. The
AutCal function can be performed to improve the measurement performance, see
the operating instructions.
WARNING
Risk of injury due to escaping process pressure
If the seal of the diffusion adapter fails, the process pressure may escape
into the surroundings through the two holes in the adapter.
The drill holes (1) must not be obstructed.
