Temperature Setting and Control (Mechanical Thermostat)

The front panel of the thermostat display:
How to change the set point
 Turn the mechanical knob (1) to adjust the Temperature.
 Turn clockwise to lower the temperature
 Turn anti clockwise to increase the temperature
Manual Defrost
 Unplug the unit from the Powersupply
(YELLOW LIGHT) FAST FREEZE FUNCTION ON/OFF
