@ READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY
For your safety:
Never immerse cord, plug or coffeemaker in water or any other liquid.
Never use cord, plug or coffeemaker when damaged.
Do not place on hot gas or electric burner or in heated oven.
Do not use for other than intended use.
Mug is intended for use with this coffeemaker only.
Clean with soft damp cloth only, not with abrasive material.
Do not use any other liquid than water in the reservoir.
Caution
From time to time, check the cord and the appliance for damages. Do not operate
any electric appliance with a damaged cord or plug, or after the appliance
malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Return appliance to the point
of purchase or to a certified technician
Never repair it yourself!
The electrical voltage must correspond with the voltage stated on the label on the
bottom of the appliance. Use only cold water! Ensure the carafe is placed properly in its
position when brewing coffee.
Between brewing processes switch off the appliance and let it cool down for about 5
minutes. Then refill with cold water. After the brewing process, always switch the ap-
pliance off. Disconnect the appliance before cleaning.
To switch off the appliance use the on/off switch. If the indication light is off, the machine
is not operating.
Check power supply before use.
Do not leave this machine unsupervised. Keep out of reach of children or incompetent
persons. Children should not use this machine!
To protect against electric shock do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water
or other liquids.
Unplug from cigarette lighter socket when not in use and before cleaning.
Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning the appliance.
Make sure the power cord does not come into contact with the hot parts of the
appliance. Only use the appliance in the way indicated in these instructions.
Never use accessories that are not recommended by the producer. They could
constitute a danger to the user and risk damage to the appliance.
Never move the appliance by pulling the cord. Do not use appliance for other
than intended use.
2x Before first use:
Go through 2 coffee making cycles BUT USE WATER ONLY,NO COFFEE GROUNDS
(see ' How to brew coffee')
Wash coffee jug or mug, basket and lid in hot sudsy water. Rinse and dry.
for examination, repair or adjustment.
