You only need the infrared receiver if you would like
to use a universal remote control.
Set up the infrared receiver
for Harmony

Synchronise the remote

First install the
Start
TV-Box according to
the instructions.
Use the Swisscom remote control supplied as
specified to do so.
Connect the

infrared receiver to the
TV-Box.
Load the infrared receiver

profile using the Harmony
software.
In the case of older Harmony remote controls, you
will also need the device type: Digital Set Top Box.
Point your remote control

at the infrared receiver.
You have completed set-up of your infrared receiver.
