1.7 Safety instructions

WARNING

Damaged cables can lead to short circuits,
fire and electric shock.
Only operate the appliance from an eart-
hed socket which is protected by a circuit
breaker.
►Do not connect the appliance to the
mains via multiple plugs or power strips.
►Do not operate the appliance with a time-
switched or remote-controlled socket.
►The appliance may be connected via an
undamaged, unwound extension cable
with a maximum length of 3 metres and
a cross-section of 1.5 mm².
►Do not kink or crush the power cables.
►The mains plug must be freely accessible
at all times.
►Do not cover the appliance during ope-
ration.
►Do not insert any objects into the ventila-
tion openings.
►Never use the 100-240 V and 12 V con-
nections at the same time.

2. Description and function

This cool box is ideal for camping, picnics, holi-
days or trips to the lake. If you wish, you can keep
hot food at the right temperature or cold food
and drinks pleasantly cool. The cool box is equip-
ped with 2 power levels: MAX and ECO. The ECO
mode can only be used with a power supply of
220-240 volts. In the MAX setting, on the other
hand, you get the maximum performance out of
the cool box.
