:

• Do not modify the appliance.
OPERATION
Lighting Instructions:
1. Do not lean over the machine while lighting. Be sure to read all instructions
before attempting to light the machine.
2. Step 1:
o
Press down on the knob and rotate it counterclockwise from the "OFF"
position to about 90 degrees. Hold this position for approximately 5
seconds. Note: Keep the knob pressed down during this step to allow
air to escape from the burner.
o
Rotate the knob back to the "OFF" position, then repeat the rotation
counterclockwise from "OFF" until you hear a "TA" sound, indicating
the burners have ignited. If the burners do not ignite, repeat the
process.
If the machine has been inactive for a long time or is being used for the
o
first time, it may take longer to ignite, which is normal.
3. Step 2:
o
Once the low flame is ignited, rotate the knob counterclockwise to
increase the flame to a higher setting.
o
To lower the flame, rotate the knob clockwise. Adjust the temperature
to your desired level.
Tip: Adjust the valve control knob and fan controller based on the gas
o
quality until the burners glow red and there are no visible flames.
4. Step 3:
o
After use, rotate the knob from the maximum or minimum flame
setting back to the "OFF" position.
