During milk frothing (the «S» symbol is displayed in the top left
corner of the screen), press the «+» or «-» button to adjust the
frothing time in seconds.
Press the «Exit» «
» button to force-terminate the process.
Choosing Milk for Frothing
It is recommended to use unboiled natural cow's milk or soy milk,
both whole and pasteurized, or ultra-pasteurized. Ultra-pasteur-
ized milk froths better. Milk should be high in protein.
Below is a table with the (default) factory settings and potential adjustments for preparing each beverage:

CLEANING
1. Install a suitable cup on the metal grate of the tray (11) and
adjust the height of the coffee spout (9) (fig. 6).
2. To initiate the process, press and hold the «Cleaning»
«
» button for more than 3 seconds until you hear three
short sound signals (fig. 12). The coffee machine uses
about 45 ml of water and automatically stops its delivery
after the cleaning process is completed. During the system
cleaning process, the display on the control panel will be
showing the «CLEAN» symbols, and the coffee spout illu-
mination will turn on. After the system has been cleaned, the
coffee machine will switch to standby mode.
FUNCTIONALITY
Preheating of cups
To maintain the flavor and aroma of your prepared beverages,
it is recommended to heat the cups before filling them. For this
The protein content is preferably 3% or more. You can use both
skim milk and 6%. For cappuccino it is better to use rich milk of
3% or higher, for latte 1.5-2.5%.
The higher the fat content, the denser, sweeter, and lon-
ger-lasting the froth is. The milk should be as cold as possible,
between 2-6°C. That is from the refrigerator. This affects the
frothing specifically. Warmer starting milk tends to froth less
effectively.

Coffee Grinding Adjustment
To prepare a high-quality coffee beverage, adjust the grind size
according to the roast level of the coffee beans you are using
(medium roast coffee beans are recommended).
The grinding adjuster knob provides 5 fixed grind sizes, where
1 corresponds to the finest grind and 5 to the coarsest grind.
The grinding adjuster knob (4) is located inside the coffee bean
container (5) (fig. 2).
Open the coffee beans container cover (3) and, before the first
grind, set the grinding adjuster knob (4) to 3 (fig. 2). Press the

for the beverage to be prepared. Evaluate the quality of the pre-
pared beverage.
