11. TROUBLESHOOTING FOR THE WEIGHING UNIT

12. WEIGHING INDICATOR
CAUSE
- The load is too large for the
scale
- The fork shoe is touching the
bottom part of the scale.
- The cable in the junction box
is loose.
- One of the load cells is
broken.
- The battery voltage is too low.
- The battery is exhausted.
- The charger is damaged.
- The battery is damaged.
- The charger is damaged.
Keep away from all moving parts.
Moving parts may cut or crush the hands, feet, arms or legs.
Read the user manual carefully. It provides useful
instructions for the correct operation and maintenance of
the pallet truck.
Pay careful attention to the position of forks.

- Remove the load immediately.
- Remove whatever hampers the scale's movement.

- Stand on the 4 corners of the scale. The load cell in the
corner with a different weight should be replaced.
- Charge the batteries.
- Replace the rechargeable battery with a new one.
- Check the charger output voltage and, if necessary,
replace the charger with a new one.
