Operation

Always switch off the device before inserting or removing a watch.
The maximum load-carrying capacity of the watch winder is 270 g per watch.
Never insert heavier watches. This would damage the mechanism of the watch
winder over time.
The device has a built-in timer. Depending on the setting of the interval switch (3), it
runs for a certain time and then stands still for a set period of time. Then, the cycle
starts again.
This function ensures that your watch is always wound up but is not overly wound up
or moved unnecessarily.
• Open the cover and pull out the watch holders.
• Press the watch holders together and attach your watches to it with the strap.
• Replace the watch holders in their fixtures within the device.
• Close the cover again.
• More watches can be stored in the drawer under the cover.
• Turn the interval switch (3) to the desired position:
A 33 seconds of rotation / 12 minutes of pause
B 10 minutes of rotation / 90 minutes of pause
C 30 minutes of rotation / 3 hours of pause
D 1 hour of rotation / 3 hours of pause
• Turn on the watch winder with the function switch (1) on the back of the device. In doing so,
you set the direction of rotation at the same time with the switch position:
O the device is switched off
I clockwise rotation
II counter-clockwise rotation
Some automatic watches can only be wound in one direction. Please find the appro-
priate information in your watch's manual.
For watches with a glass housing and a visible rotor, the rotation can also be deter-
mined by turning the rotor when winding the watch. The direction, in which it is more
difficult to move the rotor, is the one used to wind the watch.
Handling
• Never connect the device to the power supply immediately after it has been brought from a
cold room into a warm one. The condensation that forms might damage your unit.
Leave the device disconnected and wait until it reaches room temperature. Wait until the con-
densation has evaporated.
• Never connect or disconnect power adaptors if your hands are wet.
• Never unplug the power unit from the mains socket by pulling on the cable; always use the
grips on the plug.
• Unplug the power supply if you are not going to use the device for a while.
• For safety reasons, disconnect the power unit from the mains socket during storms.
• To ensure adequate ventilation, the watch winder and the power supply unit must never be
covered. In addition, the air circulation must not be obstructed by objects such as magazines,
tablecloths or curtains.

Maintenance and Care

The watch winder does not need to be serviced and, except for occasional cleaning with a soft,
dry cloth, requires no care whatsoever.
Never use aggressive cleaning agents or chemical solutions as these may damage the surface
of the housing.
Disposal
Please dispose of the unserviceable product according to the current statutory
requirements.
