Gong annonçant les visiteurs
Pour activer le gong annonçant les visiteurs, appuyez la touche DISARM/CHIME;
placez auparavant le sélecteur de fonctions (Fig. 2, pos. 9) sur MUTE.
Appuyez 1x sur DISARM/CHIME lorsque le contact d´alarme est branché – le gong
retentit 1x pour confirmer. Le gong retentit chaque fois dès que le contact est
enclenché.
En appuyant une autre fois sur DISARM/CHIME, le gong est activé avec le capteur
DIP – confirmé par une double sonnerie. Le gong retentit à présent lorsque des mou-
vements sont enregistrés. En appuyant de nouveau sur DISARM/CHIME, vous dés-
armez le gong annonçant les visiteurs – 2 bips confirment cette désactivation.
Guide de dépannage
Si un fonctionnement sans défaut n'est pas possible, veuillez contrôler les points
suivants:
1. La distance entre l'émetteur (télécommande) et les sources perturbatrices, par ex.
des moniteurs, des micro-ondes, des téléviseurs ou d'autres appareils électromé-
nagers doit être d'au moins 2 mètres.
2. Evitez d'utiliser la télécommande directement à côté ou à proximité de châssis de
fenêtre métalliques, de vitres ou de miroirs métallisés.
3. Le rayon d'action de l'émetteur risque d'être fortement entravé par des plafonds
ou murs en béton armé.
4. L'utilisation d'autres appareils fonctionnant sur la même fréquence (433,92 MHz),
comme par ex. des casques ou haut-parleurs, peut empêcher la transmission
correcte des signaux.
De telles perturbations peuvent également être causées par les voisins utilisant
des appareils similaires.
Changement des piles
Console d'alarme autonome
Ouvrez le compartiment à piles en passant un ongle en dessous de l'évidement
demi-rond du couvercle pour l'enlever. Insérez et raccordez la pile 6F22 à 9V correc-
tement aux contacts prévus en respectant les pôles (voir les repères dans le com-
partiment à pile). Après avoir mis en place la pile, refermez le compartiment en
remettant le couvercle.

Setting Up and Putting the Alarm System
into Operation
• First, insert only the battery of the remote control as described in the chapter
Replacing Batteries.
• Only insert the battery for the mains buffering of the master unit after the pro-
gramming.
• Select the dialling system (T) for the voice-frequency or (P) for the pulse signalling
system.
• Plug the adapter into a properly mounted 230V wall outlet. Only use the enclosed
adapter.
• Connect the TAE cable to the line socket (fig. 4, pos. 11) of the master unit and to
your telephone socket.
• When you now plug the extra-low voltage connector of the adapter into the adap-
ter socket (fig. 1 pos. 8) at the bottom of the device, the master unit goes to the
registration Learn??siehe Abb.? mode for the RC for about 10 seconds.
The green LED at the front of the master unit now lights up.
Registering the Remote Control
• First set the mode switch on main unit (ill. 2 pos. 9) to MUTE or ALARM.
• Press the button DISARM / CHIME twice within ten seconds of connecting the
supply voltage (ill. 1 pos. 2) on the first remote control. The alarm station beeps 4
times to confirm the registration. If you want to operate your alarm station with a
second remote control (more are not possible) press the first remote control just
once on DISARM/CHIME (1x beep). Continue then with the second remote con-
trol, which you must press twice until you hear the double-beep. Then both remo-
te controls are registered. Please note that the alarm station leaves the registrati-
on mode approx. 10 seconds after activating the supply voltage.
• If you made a mistake during the registration or in case you exceed the 10
seconds, interrupt the power supply and remove the battery from the alarm stati-
on for a moment. Now start the process again.
Storing the Telephone Numbers
With the memory position keys M1, M2 and M3, you can register 3 telephone num-
bers that are to be called in case an alarm is triggered.
Make sure that the switch for adjusting the dialing method T – P (Ill. 2 pos. 2) is set to
T (tone) for programming the telephone numbers and the mode switch (ill. 2, pos. 9)
to PROG (later back to MUTE or ALARM)..
1. Press the store key in the master unit.
2. Now enter the telephone numbers. If you need a special number to get an
exchange line (e.g. 0) in a private branch exchange system, do not forget to enter
it before the telephone number itself.
3. Press the memory key M1 or M2, M3.
4. Press the memory key again, you will now hear the dialling sounds for control.
5. Assign the memories in the order M1, M2, M3.
