TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
Pump is not working.
Water is leaking
Status indicator is red
Watering timing does
not repeat
Cause
The power is not running to the
unit properly.
The pump was not turned on.
The kit was not set up properly.
Water leak out from the bottom
of device. Machine may be
defective causing nonstop
leakage.
Water drop out of the joints.
Siphoning Effect
Lack of water
Programming was wrong.

Solution
Unplug, then reconnect the USB
power adapter.
Once the device is plugged in, be
sure to press the control button to
power the device on.
Check your unit that everything
is set up and connected properly.
Make sure power adapter is
securely connected to timer and
the power supply.
Device defective. Contact your
authorized service center.
Make sure all of the spikes are as
deep into the hose as they can go.
Make sure the water source is
below the pump ando your pots.
Add water to the reservoir
Program the watering time
correctly.
