Charging/Upgrading the Device
The micro USB port of the R40 TC is located on the bottom of the device. You may plug the USB charger into your
computer's port or into a compatible 1A power adapter. To upgrade the device with new firmware connect it with an
Internet-capable PC or tablet.
Battery Power and Lifetime
When the battery is not in operation for long periods of time, it loses – in accordance with the industry standards and norms
– after 3 months 5% to 10%, after 6 months 15% to 20% and after one year 25% to 30% of its power. We recommend that
you charge the battery at least every 3 months to ensure a long service life.
