Set the temperature control knob to the desired temperature.

Turn the time control knob to your desired cooking time.
z
Turn on the upper and/or the lower heater.
z
To check or remove food, use the tray handle provided to help you slide the wire rack in
and out.
z
When broiling is completed, turn the function control to "OFF" position.
Note: All broiling time are based on meats at refrigerator temperature. Frozen meats may take
considerably longer time. Therefore, using a meat thermometer is highly recommended.
HOW TO TOAST
Please note that TOAST function uses all heating elements. Large capacity oven allows for
toasting 4 to 6 slices of bread. When toasting only 1or 2 items, place food on the bake rack in the
center of the oven.
Operation:

Ensure Crumb Tray is in place.
z
Set the Temperature Control Knob to desired temperature.
z
Turn the function control to "Upper & Lower Heater"
z
Place food to on the wire rack.
z
When toasting is completed, turn function control to "OFF".
Note: Wire Rack should be positioned in the middle of the oven for best heating results.
