11. Operation and use

a) Switching the camera on/off
Hold down the "MODE" button for about 2 seconds to switch the camera on/off. When the
camera is switched on/off, an audio signal is played.

b) Using the LC display at the top

At the top of the camera (on the fold-out TFT display) a small
LC display provides additional information for easy use e.g.
when the TFT display is not used (this also saves battery
power).
The following functions are available:
Self-timer
Press the "MODE" button repeatedly until the self-timer symbol starts flashing.
Press the "SET" button to activate the function (symbol stops flashing).
Press the "SET" button to start the self-timer (an audio signal is played). After
about 10 seconds a picture is taken automatically. Press the "SET" button
again to start the self-timer once more or press the "MODE" button repeatedly
until no symbol is flashing (standard mode).
Multiple pictures
Press the "MODE" button repeatedly until the symbol shown to the left starts
flashing. Press the "SET" button to confirm your selection.
Every time the release is pressed ("SET" button), 3 images are automatically
taken consecutively.
Setting the resolution
Press the "MODE" button repeatedly until "LO" starts flashing. Press the "SET"
button to select low or high resolution.
Nothing displayed = high resolution
"LO" displayed = low resolution
