• Now check whether the wheels steer towards the left when you move the control
knob on the transmitter towards the left. If this is not the case, switchover the
direction of movement of the steering servo with the movement direction switch
for the steering servo (4).
• Now adjust the steering linkage until the front wheels of eg a model car are
straight.
• During the first drive adjust the trimming on the transmitter in a way so that your
model drives straight. If it pulls towards the left, adjust the trimming slide towards
the right and the other way around.
• When your model now drives straight ahead, adjust the steering linkage in the
corresponding direction until the model drives straight and the trimming slide is
also again in middle position.
Our tip: Your model car will drive perfectly straight when you set a slight toe-in. To
do this, the steering linkage needs to be adjusted in a way so that the two front
wheels steer very slightly inwards.
Changing of quartz crystal
To avoid a double canal occupation, it may be necessary to change the quartz crys-
tals on your remote control system. To do this you do the following:
• For reasons of operating safety you should only use quartz crystals which have
been expressly recommended by the supplier to be used in your remote control
system.
• Whilst the transmitter is switched off pull the holder for the transmitter quartz (14)
from the housing.
• Remove the quartz from the plastic holder.
• Use the changed quartz with a different frequency. Please make sure that you put
the right quartz in the holder. Transmitter quartz crystals are normally marked with
the letters TX (T = transmitter).
• Now put the quartz holder back into the transmitter with the quartz.
• With the receiver the quartz (15) is located on the side of the housing. With the
help of the plastic latch, which is placed around the quartz you can now pull out
the receiver quartz.
• The suitable receiver quartz needs to be marked with the same canal number or
the same frequency as the transmitter quartz. Additionally it has the letter label RX
(R = receiver)
• Put the changing quartz with the suitable frequency for the transmitter into the
receiver.
• Now switch on the transmitter and then the receiver and check the function of the
system.

5. Quand les accus sont chargés/les nouvelles piles insérées, desserrez l'antenne et
déployez les éléments télescopiques. Allumez maintenant l'émetteur pour un
essai, à l'aide du commutateur marche/arrêt. Le voyant LED vert (12) vous signa-
le que l'émetteur est suffisamment alimenté en courant.
6. Si l'alimentation en courant pour un fonctionnement parfait n'est plus suffisante,
le voyant LED rouge (11) commence à clignoter. Dans un tel cas, vous devez
mettre votre modèle immédiatement hors service et recharger les accus dans
l'émetteur ou insérer de nouvelles piles.
7. Afin d'éviter l'effet mémoire, vous devez, si vous utilisez des accus NiCd, laissez
l'émetteur allumé jusqu'à ce que la mise hors circuit automatique l'ait éteint avant
de brancher le chargeur.
Connexion du récepteur dans un modèle avec moteur à combustion
Si vous utilisez un modèle avec un moteur à combustion, vous avez alors besoin
d'un servo pour la conduite et d'un servo pour l'actionnement du carburateur. L'ali-
mentation en courant s'effectue par l'intermédiaire d'une boîte à piles (3) qui contient
4 piles ou accus de type R6 mignon (AA). La boîte à piles est reliée au récepteur (1)
par l'intermédiaire du cordon avec interrupteur (2). Rattachez maintenant les diffé-
rents composants selon l'illustration et contrôlez la fonction des servos.
Attention !
Veuillez tenir compte lors de la connexion des servos de la bonne polarité des
connecteurs.
