batteries not only lowers the range, you can even lose all control over your model.
A car model with for example a combustion engine becomes an uncontrollable
bullet in this case.
• Please beware that rechargeable batteries are capable of releasing extremely high
currents. In the case of a short-circuit the cables can get very hot and this can
lead to serious burns.
• Before you are using your transmitter, please make sure that there is not another
model hobbyist in the immediate proximity who uses the same canal. This is
because two transmitters on the same canal can disturb each other and control-
ling the models is no longer possible.
• When switching on the system, always make sure that you switch on the trans-
mitter first and then the receiver. This is how you avoid an uncontrolled reaction of
the model to interfering frequencies of radio sets, radio transmitters or remote
control devices on neighbouring canals.
• To operate your model, pull out the telescopic antenna on the transmitter to its full
length, otherwise the transmitter will have a considerably lower range.
• When you switch it off, always switch off the receiver first and then the transmitter.
• If there is any disturbance, stop the operation of your model straight away and
remove the course of the malfunction, before you use the model again.
• Only operate your model in an area where you don't endanger other people, ani-
mals or objects.
• Protect your remote control system from humidity and heavy pollution.
• Do not expose the transmitter to direct sun irradiation or great heat over a longer
period of time.
• Remove the inserted batteries or rechargeable batteries when you do not use the
system for a longer period of time.

Entretien et nettoyage

Nettoyez l'extérieur de la radiocommande avec un chiffon doux et sec ou un pin-
ceau. N'utilisez en aucun cas un détergent agressif ou une solution chimique, ils
pourraient détériorer la surface du boîtier.
Remarque relative à l'environnement
Elimination des piles/accus usagés !
Le consommateur est tenu de par la loi (directive sur l'élimination contrôlée de
piles usagées) de recycler les piles usagées et les accus. Il est interdit de les jeter
dans les ordures ménagères.
Les piles/accus contenant des substances polluantes sont
marqués par les symboles indiqués ci-contre qui signalent
l'interdiction de l'élimination avec les ordures ordinaires.
Les désignations des métaux lourds obligeant au recyclage
sont : CD = cadmium, Hg = mercure, Pb = plomb. Vous
pouvez rendre vos piles usagées et les accus, sans avoir à
assumer des frais supplémentaires dans les centres de
recyclage municipaux ou dans les commerces où les
piles/accus sont en vente ; ils sont tenus de les reprendre !
Vous satisferez ainsi aux obligations prescrites par loi et contribuerez à la protection
de l'environnement !
Au cas où la radiocommande ne fonctionnerait plus et qu'une réparation ne serait
plus possible, jetez l'appareil devenu inutilisable conformément aux dispositions de
recyclage en vigueur.
