General safety advice for electrical power tools / Before use

product. Cleaning and user maintenance should
not be performed by children without supervision.

door use.

Hold the tool by the insulated handles when
performing work where there is a risk of the tool
hitting hidden electrical wires. Contact with a
live wire may also charge metal parts and re-
sult in electric shock.
Secure the workpiece. A workpiece held in a
clamp or vice is kept more securely in place
than one held by your hand.
Be sure you have a firm grip on the power tool.
When tightening or loosening screws there can
be a short period of high reactive forces.
If the inserted tool jams, immediately switch off
the power tool immediately. Be prepared for high
reaction torques as they may cause kickback.
Remove the battery pack when working on the
tool. This will prevent the power tool from start-
ing accidentally.
CAUTION - LEADS! DANGER! Verify you
will not strike electric-, gas- or water lines whilst
using the power tool.

Only use accessories and attachments specified
in the operating instructions. Using tools or ac-
cessories other than those recommended in the
operating instructions could result in injury.

Note: the battery pack is delivered partly charged.
Charge the battery in the charger
house prior to first use. This will ensure the battery
is fully charged. Li-Ion batteries may be charged at
any time without reducing their life. Interrupting the
charging process does not damage the rechargea-
ble battery.
