5 Operation

1) For wireless operation set the lower switch to posi-
tion TX ON. The transmitter is now switched on. For
cable operation leave the switch in position TX OFF.
2) For talking switch on the microphone:
for short announcements keep the toggle switch
pressed upwards (does not lock into place),
for longer announcements set the toggle switch to
the lower position (locks into place).
In medium position the microphone is switched off.
3) In case of battery operation, after use do not forget
to switch off the wireless microphone as well
(switch position TX OFF), otherwise the battery will
be exhausted when using the unit next time. If the
power is supplied via the plug-in power supply unit
and the microphone will not be used for a longer
time, disconnect the plug-in power supply unit from
the mains socket as it has a low power consumption
even if the microphone is switched off.
