1. Open the battery compartment by pushing down the cover.
2. Put in two 1.5V AAA batteries, be sure to the correct polarity as indicated inside the
battery.
3.Close the battery compartment
Use of the breathalyzer
preparation
1. Press ON the power switch once, the display gets on and a beep sounds.
2 The warm-up will appear on the display icon and a countdown timer counts down from
10-0 , the tester is in preparation mode.
hint
When first removed from the packaging or after a prolonged non-use of alcohol tester, are
possible gases and air contaminations are on the respiratory inhaler, in which case the tester
requires multiple preparatory phase, for this, please press the power switch more often.
use
1. The display shows the „ Blow" symbol and a countdown counts from 10-0, the tester is
ready for use.
2.Approach yourself with your mouth to the breath inhaler and blow for about 3-5 seconds
into it.
3. Read the test result.
4.At reaching a value of 0.02 % BAC ( oder0 , 2g / l) to 0.05 % ( or 0.5 gll ) also in the
Caution symbol appears in the display :
0.02% BAC (or 0.2g / 1) to 0.05% BAC ( or 0.5g / 1).
0 0.05% BAC ( or 0.5g / 1) to 00:08 % BAC (or 0.8g / 1).
5.At reaching a value of 0.05% BAC ( oder0 , 5g / l) or more, also the symbol Danger appe-
ars in the Display:
over 0.05% BAC & equal (or 0.5g / 1).
over 12:08 % BAC (or 0.8g / 1)
Automatic power off
1. The test result is displayed for about 15 seconds , then the . Off ‚ icon appears for 2-3
seconds and the tester is shut off.
2. If during a test it is not blown into the Respiratory inhaler, the display shows 0.00 as Test
result.

In order to achieve a more accurate result, we recommend doing the test 2 or 3 times.
exhausted battery indicator
If the. L symbol flashes when turned on the device, the batteries are exhausted batteries,
please replace them.
Exchange the batteries at the latest when their capacity is not sufficient for switch on and
prepare the device.

Batterijen aktiveren
1. Door het naar beneden schuiven van het deksel opent U het batterijvak.
2. De twee batterijen met de juiste polen zoals afgebeeld in het batterijvak leggen.

Gebruik van de tester
Voorbereiding
1.Druk 1X op de power schakelaar ,het LCD scherm wordt geaktiveerd en U hoort een
signaal.
Op het display verschijnt het symbool(opwarming) en de count-down teller gaat van 10 naar
0. Dit is de voorbereidende fase.
Belangrijk om te weten
Het zou kunnen dat bij het eerste gebruik of bij het langdurig niet gebruiken van het toestel
eventuele gassen of licht verontreinigde lucht zich in het toestel bevindt. In deze gevallen
dient U meermaals het toestel aan en uit te schakelen.
Gebruik
1. Op het display verschijnt het „blow" symbool en „aan"
2. Blaas nu gedurende 3-5 seconden in de inhalator
3. Het testresultaat kan nu afgelezen worden
4. Bij het bereiken van waarde 0,02% BAC (of 0,2g/l) aan 0,05% (of 0,5gll)
verschijnt een waarschuwingssymbool iS1! 0.02% BAC(or 0.2g/1) aan 0.05% BAC(or 0.5g/1).
0 0.05% BAC(or 0.5g/1) aan 0.08% BAC(or 0.8g/1).
5.) Bij het bereiken van een waarde van 0.05% of meer verschijnt het gevaarsymbool
Boven en gelijk aan 0.05% BAC(of 0.5g/1).

Automatisch uitschakeling
1. Gedurende ongeveer 15 seconden kan het testresultaat afgelezen worden , naderhand
verschijnt het „Off" symbool gedurende 2-3 seconden.
2. Als gedurende een test niet in het toestel geblazen wordt geeft het display de waarde
0,00 aan.
Tips!
Om een correcte meting uit te voeren raden we aan de test een paar keer uit te voeren
Wanneer op het display de melding L verschijnt betekent dit dat de batterijen leeg zijn en niet
meer voldoende energie leveren. De batterijen dienen dan vervangen te worden.

Voorzorgsmaatregelen
Gelieve een twintig tal minuten te wachten na het drinken van alcoholische dranken. De
reden hiervoor is dat het ongeveer twintig minuten duurt voordat alcohol in de bloedbaan
terecht komt en dit ook zo lang duurt voor dat het in de mond verdampt wordt.
Belangrijke aanwijzingen voor verwijdering:
Dit elektrische toestel mag niet samen met het huisvuil worden gedeponeerd. Voor de
milieubewuste verwijdering neem contact op met uw gemeente en deponeer het toestel
bij een officieel aangewezen inzamelpunt. Voor nadere informatie betreffende de aard en
samenstelling van de gedeponeerde toestellen, evenals de dag/maand/jaar van de inzameling
wendt u zich tot de desbetreffende gemeente.
Belangrijke aanwijzingen tot batterijen en hun verwijdering:
Het symbool aan de linkerkant betekent dat de batterijen aan het einde van hun leven
scyclus niet bij het huishoudelijk afval mag worden geworpen. De symbolen, toegevoegd
onder de doorgestreepte vuilnisbak betekent dat de batterij lood, cadmium of kwik
bevat. Je bent als consument verplicht om alle soorten batterijen in te leveren bij ge
schikte inzamelpunten.
Het symbool aan de linkerkant betekent dat het apparaat aan het einde van zijn leven
scyclus niet bij het huishoudelijk afval mag worden geworpen. Als consument bent
u verplicht om alle elektrische apparaten naar geschikte inzamelpunten voor afgedankte
elektrische apparatuur te brengen. Verwijder ook de batterijen vooraleer U het apparaat
weggooit.
